FAQs
1. What age can I start using sunscreen on my baby?
We recommend consulting your pediatrician first, but generally, sunscreen can be used on babies 6 months and older. For younger infants, it's best to keep them out of direct sunlight and use protective clothing and shade instead.
2. Are the sunscreens on your site safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All sunscreens we offer are carefully selected from trusted brands like La Roche-Posay, Avène, Babo Botanicals, Hello Bello, Banana Boat, and Blue Lizard, known for their gentle, hypoallergenic, and dermatologist-tested formulas designed specifically for babies and children.
3. Do you sell mineral or chemical sunscreens?
We offer both mineral (physical) and chemical sunscreen options. Mineral sunscreens (with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide) are often preferred for babies and sensitive skin. You can filter by type while shopping.
4. How often should I reapply sunscreen on my child?
Reapply every 2 hours, and more frequently if your child is swimming or sweating. Always follow the instructions on the product label for best results.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States, but we’re exploring international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!
6. Can I return a sunscreen if it doesn’t suit my baby?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please see our [Refund Policy] for details.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
8. How should I store sunscreen?
Store sunscreen in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high heat to maintain its effectiveness.
9. Are your sunscreens reef-safe?
Several of the sunscreens we carry are labeled reef-safe, especially those using non-nano zinc oxide. You can check the product description or use filters to find reef-friendly options.
