Refund Policy

At Baby Sunscreens, your satisfaction and your child’s safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging (unopened and sealed)

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Due to the nature of skincare and sun protection products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products not due to our error

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect)


4. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund after verification.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank
